Digital mobility solution for subsidized night rides – from passenger app to billing portal
Half the price, twice the safety: The 50|50 Taxi App enables young people in Brandenburg to take discounted taxi rides – the state covers half the costs. apprime designed and developed the full solution including passenger app, driver app, B2B platform and billing portal.
For 16- to 25-year-olds in Brandenburg, the 50|50 Taxi App provides a safe and affordable way to travel by taxi at night. The state of Brandenburg covers 50 percent of the fare.
apprime developed the entire digital infrastructure: a Flutter app for passengers on iOS and Android, a B2B platform for participating taxi companies, and a billing portal for the taxi guild. The AWS-based cloud backend ensures secure authentication and real-time communication.
The project was developed in close coordination with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Planning. From consulting and overall solution design to UI/UX design and development, the full implementation was handled by apprime.
